Each item is unique and may exhibit slight variations in weave, print, or stitch. These distinctive characteristics are not defects but rather the hallmark of handcrafted items, which embrace the beauty of imperfection and the inherent charm of handmade creations. Please understand that handloom products may not possess consistent uniformity like machine-made products.

However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible exchange, return, and refund policy (for eligible product categories).

Please note that the exchange, return, and refund policies mentioned below are applicable only to domestic orders placed online through our official website ( and do not apply to products purchased at offline stores or any third-party platforms.

Exchange/Return/Refund Eligibility:

Silk Stories By Ketki accepts exchanges, returns, or refunds of items within 30 days (60 days for Black Tier Customers) from the date of delivery, with the following exclusions (non-exchangeable/non-returnable products):

Items from the exclusion list can be considered for exchange within 30 days (60 days for Black Tier Customers) of purchase only if there is a manufacturing defect, as determined through a thorough Quality Check process, or if the received item(s) differs from its description.

In the event that the delivered item(s) is damaged, missing, or has a manufacturing defect, please inform our Customer Care or email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange/Return:

For item(s) to be eligible for exchange or return (as mentioned above), they must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and must be returned in a saleable condition with the barcode and MRP tags intact.
  2. Silk Stories By Ketki reserves the right to determine whether the item(s) show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or post-purchase damage.

Reverse Pick-Up Policy:

We strive to provide a simple and hassle-free reverse pick-up policy for our valued customers. Your satisfaction matters to us not only during the sale but also throughout the returns and refunds process. Our policy is designed to streamline the process, save time, and ensure your confidence in your order.

To help us quickly process your returns or exchanges, please mention your order number in the subject line.
Ensure that all returned item(s) are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Our logistics partner will pick up the item(s) for reverse pick-up within 5 business days from the date of the request. If any discrepancy arises regarding the reverse pick-up, please inform our Customer Support via phone or email within 24-48 hours of the return request. Failure to report the issue within the specified time may result in us being unable to accept your complaint for further investigation.

Upon receipt of the item(s), we will process your request for a refund or exchange.

In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after receiving the earlier shipment.
Please note that certain pin codes may not be feasible for reverse pick-up. In such cases, the customer will need to return the item(s) to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as stated on the original invoice.
